In a recent artilce at Health.com, 10 Best Workouts for Your Sex Life, they listed various ways to improve your sex life. Some of the ways to get more fit for sex include Pole Dancing, Salsa Lessons, Chair Dancing, Belly Dancing, and even Hoola Hooping.
One of the ways is through Strip Aerobics (cardio striptease.) Not only will it get you in better shape, but it will turn on your partner! Carmen Electra has made a series of videos based on the Cardio Striptease – though it’s not a requirement that get nude – but it could lead to some interesting workouts.
Another recent sensation is Zumba which translates to “move fast.” Zumba is a Colombian dance being done in fitness groups who want to spice things up – and get a great workout. The workout is a mixture of tradional aerobic moves combined Latin-inspired shimmies and hip-hop inspired booty shaking.
Indian-inspired Bollywood dance is another form of dance. Many of the dances tell stories of romance or lost love – just the thing to get you in the mood for some exotic lovemaking.
