 In the late 90s I got into promoting adult entertainment and it became obvious to me there was something missing and that was sites designed with women in mind. There were dozens of sites back then that catered to men and a very few that targetted themselves toward couples – but for women – there was nothing.
I thought something should be done about that and that’s how Lady Lynx came about. I knew there would be atleast a handful of women – and some men – who would want to change that. The “For Women” Niche is still not nearly as large as others – but it does have a very dedicated core of webmasters who want to see it grow.
When I began Lady Lynx it wasn’t easy. Not a lot of sites or there – or content that was suitable for our niche. But we wouldn’t give up. Now, there are several wonderful premium sites that are not just site for men with a 4Women tour slapped on the front. These sites are designed by and for women.
 Through the years I’ve been fortunate enough to be the co-host of an adult webmaster radio program where from time to time we addressed the issue of adult material on the Internet for women. The usual reaction from some of the guys was – You mean they really watch this stuff? Well, the answer is “yes” and that’s why I’m here.
This blog will bring you news from the net and the world about sexual issues of interest to women. Might even have a day where all I want to do is list good jokes – well atleast good from a woman’s point of view.

Oh, you might want to know where I got the name for the site. Kinda simple. The “Lady” was pretty obvious since it lets you know this site is about women. Since it’s a “links” list I chose Lynx and then of course had to have a Lady Lynx mascot created. Maybe one of these days I’ll get around to have t-shirts with her on it.
And so the journey begins.
